Some screenshots and a non finished changelog from the next rom
So where shall I start. First here's the changelog:
- new sys: 23569(Branche: COM5)(Timebomb fixed):
- X2 R3AA035 stuff updated
- Panel manager updated to 2.2.20.0
- flashpanelandMMIIInstall updated(seems like atleast the flash panels postions are fixed now)
- updated xkeyhandler
- updated xpfilterdeploy
- updated xpframework
- updated tilewave panel
- SPB Mobile Shell 3.5.1 panel from x2(even in dutch on dutch roms)
Like you may see many updated x2 apps. Coolest thing in my opinion is the new spb mobile shell 3.5.1 panel.
They look nice, do they?
Then there is also a new panel manager, not much new graphical stuff but seems to be more stable. It only crashed onces(it was a restart message not even a whole crash). Like you may know previous panel manager had many problems with starting sometimes.

Still no eta for this rom release but I hope it will be soon but i'm not sure about this since it needs some more testing. About the sys, I isnt'set that the sys will be 23569 like you can see in one of the screensthots. Incase any newer sys will be released I will use that one ofcourse!

Hi, So you are still including Sense along with the new SPB Mobile Shell? Given (from the screen shots anyway) the new SPB looks quite similar to Sense. Is there any point including both? I admit that it is the Sense that seems to knock my X1 for 6 and have reverted back to your 5.0 ROM twice now.. (Still with you.. :o) ) I seem to like the SPB Shell - suits my needs quite well... Thanks for all your work mind.. Excellent... CTC...

Idd, ziet er beter uit... hoop ook dat ie beter draait dan de laatste.. die loopt mij iets te vaak vast (die daarvoor was geweldig en liep nooit vast, maar de nieuwe heeft die mooie NU.nl app)

Die Nu.nl kun je eventueel ook los downloaden via de website van Mobilelayers mocht die laatste ROM echt niet werken ;)

@ctc: It's not really the same spb is much more customizable. You will see in the next rom then you can compair;) @shakkir: yes it is, office 2010 can be downloaded from the marketplace and spb backup can be downloaded from the official spb website @michael: Uhm maybe, I will look into that after the full and clean rom release oke? Roms will be released after the weekend. I'm on holly day now and have to work Tuesday so hope to release the rom Tuesday night or something

Hi Christian, I am currently still using ROM version 5.00 Full, that was the last version that I was able to run Garmin Mbile XT on. The version after that with the introduction of sense made Garmin mobile XT imoperable. I have not tried the 5.310 but I suspect the problem is the same. I believe the problem with sense is that it maps the hardware soft key to return to home screen, but the problem is this mapping affects other panels as well, as a result I think it may be interferring with the program. I really do like the full version over the clean, is it possible to create a sense full version and a full version without sense since SPB shell is being upgraded and improved on your next rom? Thanks

@leo: It has to do with ameba I guess. Try to disable it and it should be fine. And yes it is possible but i'm not going to do that. It's running fine all together as panels for me

Yes since ameba got a position fix included. You can disable it via registry or via ameba settings(can be found in the tools folder)

Hallo Christiaan, Gebruik al een tijdje jouw roms naar volle tevredenheid. Ik heb echter een vraag. Een korte tijd had je een Buienradar panel bij de full version, echter deze was plotsklaps verdwnenen. Ik had hem apart gedownload maar dan krijg ik hem niet aan het werk. Is het mogelijk dat je deze panel weer toevoegd? Voor Watersporters is het echt de beste mobile addon die je kunt vinden. Groet Guido P.S. keep up the good work.

Je kon Buienradar als app downloaden via Marketplace, daarom had Christian hem er uitgehaald volgens mij. Maar sinds een paar weken heeft Marketplace die app er af gehaald, geen idee waarom?

@burrn: app is er toch gewoon nog @guido: panel werkt niet meer darom heb ik hem eruit gehaald maar je kan zoals burrn al zegt van marketplace een app halen die precies hetzelfde doet en mischien wel meer

@burrn: http://buienradar.mobi werkt ook prima. Als je die in je favorieten zet, ben je er net zo snel als met een app.

Hoi Christian! Als eerst wil ik jou bedanken voor jou gave ROM! Hij is echt super! Ik heb alleen een klein probleembje!
